Tracy Morgan: Bona Fide: Directed by Ryan Polito. With Tracy Morgan. After starring for seven seasons on NBC’s Emmy-and Golden Globe Award-winning “30 Rock,” the legendary Tracy Morgan returns to his roots in the world premiere of his new one-hour stand-up special on Comedy Central, “Tracy Morgan: Bona Fide.” Tracy performs in his hometown of Brooklyn, NY, at the iconic BAM Harvey Theater, where he delivers a hilarious hour that includes everything from growing up in the projects to the time Prince threw him out of his house following an all-night party.

“First stand-up comedy I watch from Tracy Morgan and the result was a good hour of fun and laughter. Some stand-up comedians come dressed in suit and tie and are very static, thatu0026#39;s their style. Tracy Morgan is the opposite, he doesnu0026#39;t really care about his appearance, he even shows his butt crack. Heu0026#39;s very alive on stage, going back and forth, different funny facial expressions, heu0026#39;s just all over the place and thatu0026#39;s in my opinion a better approach for a stand-up comedy. His jokes are working, itu0026#39;s maybe not the kind of humor that will work for everyone, letu0026#39;s just say they are not very clean, but thatu0026#39;s exactly what I like. I will watch other shows from him in the future, thatu0026#39;s for sure.”
