“This is the first review Iu0026#39;ve ever submitted, and I will be posting this to all three parts of the Atlas Shrugged movie trilogy.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eWhat a sad travesty. These are three of the worst movies Iu0026#39;ve ever struggled to watch. I kept hoping, both within each movie and through the three as.a whole, that it would get better. It didnu0026#39;t. It got worse. Much much worse.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eItu0026#39;s almost as if someone set.out to purposely reduce Ayn Randu0026#39;s outstanding epic to a painful pathetic parody of itself. I cannot for the life of me understand how people in the business of producing entertainment started with Randu0026#39;s inspirational and philosophically brilliant novel and ended up with three pieces of absolute horrid trash.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eHorrible amatuerishly written. Quality of direction a first year high school drama teacher would be ashamed of. Acting? Oh my God. It was like watching a Saturday Night Live skit making fun of horrible acting. Actors I know to be good turned in the worst performances of their lives.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI canu0026#39;t think of a bigger waste of 6 hours than watching these…things. Atlas Shrugged is one of my top 5 favorite books of all time. It accurately describes the hellish vision of 21st century liberalism. These films took an inspiring and thought provoking book and turned into a horrid putrid shell of itself.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eWriting this during John Galtu0026#39;s speech in Part III. Wow, it sucks. If your a fan of Ayn Rand, these movies will leave you disappointed and sad. Iu0026#39;m glad the guy who put up the money to make these movies lost his shirt. He should lose his freedom.”
