Middonaito îguru: Directed by Izuru Narushima. With Tatsuya Fuji, Yoshihiko Hakamada, Ken Ishiguro, Nao Ohmori. As the Americans run Japan they also reserve the right to fly aeroplanes with nuclear weapons on board over the skies of the country. The Japanese mountains are often referred to as the Alps and it is here that a secretive US military aircraft with weapons of mass destruction crashes. The race is on for a group of journalists to climb the mountains and reach it. Yet, they are not the only ones aiming at securing the site for their own purposes.

The acting is so bad in this thing that theyu0026#39;re practically just standing there reading the script. I think this movie is supposed to be a thriller, but itu0026#39;s nothing more than a sleeper. The entire cast completely lack energy and passion, and had shown no signs of urgency in the face of impending doom.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe story line for this movie was even more pathetic than u0026quot;L change the worLdu0026quot;. Even if you overlook the ridiculous setting, the character behavior makes absolutely no sense and there were countless plot holes. There were just way too many u0026quot;why didnu0026#39;t he just…u0026quot; or u0026quot;how can they…u0026quot; moments. The movie is so poorly written and directed that it made me laugh at how corny and stupid it was.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eu0026quot;Midnight Eagleu0026quot; is a disgrace to the Japanese film industry, and I hope no unfortunate soul picks this movie as his or her first encounter with Japanese films.”
