“I found this title on Netflix, one evening while browsing through their animated section. The synopsis seemed adequate, and I thought it might be a nice introduction to the u0026quot;Little Witch Academiau0026quot; franchise and not having to sit through an entire series.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIt turns out that u0026quot;Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Paradeu0026quot; (aka u0026quot;Ritoru wicchi akademia: Mahoujihikake no parêdou0026quot;) was adequate entertainment, although a bit on the more childish side.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe drawing style was a bit too simplistic for my taste. So I didnu0026#39;t fully enjoy that aspect of the animation.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI watched it with the original Japanese language track, which is the one and only way to experience foreign movies and animations. I am quite sure that if it was dubbed, it would have made the experience suffer, as dubbing usually tend to drag a movie downwards.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI havenu0026#39;t watched the series so I was not familiar with the characters in the movie. And I havenu0026#39;t particularly been spurred to go and watch the series after having watched this mediocre animated movie.”
