“Despite a visually tiring start, the movie gets interesting from this point on. The only entertainment for the social media phenomenon characters is drinking, sexuality, meaningless gestures and conversations. It doesnu0026#39;t start in a violent way, but it makes you wonder what will happen in the following minutes. The depressive Amanda character and her grandmotheru0026#39;s behavior add humor to the film. The other phenomena seem very selfish, self-absorbed. Itu0026#39;s ridiculous that they just sit and stare while their friends are drowning. I liked the atmosphere where they are trapped in the house and it suddenly becomes tense. The production speeds up and slows down but the pace is good. The deaths are not very effective, so they could have been a bit more disturbing. The act are in tune with each other and make an effort to be believable. Cassandra Scerbo suits this kind of production and I find her successful. There could have been a different ending. An enjoyable slasher.”
