Stranded (2015). 1h 2m

“Itu0026#39;s nice to watch a documentary about Aussie punk for a change.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIt covered a lot of ground; not just about the Saints and their influence on punk music. It moved along with the speed of a Saints song as well – so I was engaged throughout.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI wasnu0026#39;t expecting it to cover so much about politics though. I understand a mention is necessary to indicate the landscape that gave birth to punk music. This documentary seemingly featured more about politics and police brutality than it did The Saints themselves – bit frustrating.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eStill, it celebrates the Saints and other Brisbane bands. It could easily be re-titled u0026quot;Brisbane: Police, Politics and Punku0026quot; such was the subject matter and range of coverage.”
