“I grew up Catholic and attend mass every sunday. The Catholic church and faith is a big part of me and the culture that I grew up in. However, I do feel a disconnect with and within the church. The churches are running empty, because of its failure to adapt to a changing world and in my opinion has not done enough to right some its horrific wrongs. Especially the latter demands more transparency. This documentary is an effective step towards building a bridge and shedding light on the tougher and more complicated aspects of life. The youth especially needs to be seen and heard without judgment and with compassion. Only from there can you start building the real church.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe Pope ended the talk with the words: u0026quot;As long as we donu0026#39;t lose this fraternity.u0026quot; A perfect ending to an interesting and dynamic talk and I sincerely hope that the Pope will do this more often.”
