Wong gam dai to yuk (2022). 1h 28m

“Prior to sitting down here in 2023 to watch the 2022 Chinese crime movie u0026quot;Wong Gam Dai To Yuku0026quot; (aka u0026quot;Golden Escapeu0026quot;), then I had actually never even heard about it. I just stumbled upon the movie by random chance, and with it being an Asian movie, of course I had to watch it.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eWriter and director Yi Huang put together a rather wholesome and entertaining script for the storyline. And I have to say that I was rather entertained by the story in the movie, from beginning to end. It was a pretty straight forward prison story, sure, but the storyline in the movie just worked out quite well.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe movie has a good cast ensemble, though the only performer I was familiar on the cast list was Sam Lee. It should be noted that the acting performances in u0026quot;Wong Gam Dai To Yuku0026quot; were good, and the actors did bring their characters to life on the screen in a fulfilling manner.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe story is a good combination of a regular prison movie mixed up with some heist elements, and some good old fashioned action as well.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIf you enjoy prison and crime movies, then by all means give u0026quot;Wong Gam Dai To Yuku0026quot; a chance, should you get the opportunity. I was genuinely entertained by this movie, and can warmly recommend it.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eMy rating of u0026quot;Wong Gam Dai To Yuku0026quot; lands on a six out of ten stars.”
