The Final Sacrifice (2016). The Final Sacrifice: Directed by Ari Taub. With Johnny Solo, Frank Licari, Davide Borella, Thomas Pohn. Rear Defense action film from the point of view of German and Italian soldiers.

“According to my research, this film is originally from 2004, called u0026#39;The Fallenu0026#39;. Not sure yet whether this was an edited re-release, but it has the same cast, director, and plot. u0026#39;The Fallenu0026#39; has a runtime of 112 minutes, while u0026#39;The Final Sacrificeu0026#39; is only 81 minutes. If it is indeed the same film, note this review is for u0026#39;The Final Sacrificeu0026#39;, which I firmly believe is an edited version.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eFor such a short film, it certainly wastes a lot of time with moments that should have ended on the cutting room floor. I didnu0026#39;t connect with any of the characters. Since I never really got to know the characters, I didnu0026#39;t root for any of them. Also, none of them stood out as heroes. They were all unexplored, shallow characters and I couldnu0026#39;t really tell them apart.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe attack and killing scenes had little to no emotion. Much of the film played like a comedy, resulting in no suspense whatsoever. The actors also didnu0026#39;t seem very enthusiastic. At times it felt (and looked) like a stage production. I found it boring and pointless with very little action. The action scenes also literally only lasted a few seconds, allowing you no time to get into the action. The lighting was bad, the effects were bad, the script was bad…. Then again, maybe its expected of a B-movie. This was by far one of the worst war movies Iu0026#39;ve had the displeasure of watching.”
