“The cast was spot on! Ryan Phillippeu0026#39;s percolating frustrations was perfectly pitched as an FBI agent and Tom Pelphrey was a fearlessly likable con-man. Youu0026#39;re rooting for them both at times, knowing they canu0026#39;t both win – but their performances made you feel for them both and want more of it. The entire supporting cast did a stellar job with their roles to improve the relationship between the viewer and the central characters, but not overpower the main story. I had never heard of the story of Jason Derek Brown before and didnu0026#39;t know much of Tom Pelphrey (but now I have to see him on Ozark!), but this is a solid feature from a first-time director!”
