“Finally, an excellent Pakistani movie. Meera G played the role of an ageing actress and she was simply phenomenal. Her expressions and her dialogue delivery was amazing. Her character in the movie did have some similarities with the real-life Meera. I hope Meera G gets all the awards this year. Acting by Osman Khalid Butt, Ali Kazmi, Mohsin Abbas Haider, Nisho Begum, Nayyar Ejaz and especially Amna Ilyas was amazing. Amna Ilyas did a good job. I hope she becomes one of the leading actresses of Lollywood in future. Osman Khalid Butt brilliantly showcased the role of a wanna-be Lollywood director. The music was good as, they made remakes of the classical songs from old Pakistani movies. The costumes were beautiful. The movie highlighted how actresses from the old Lollywood are ignored in movies and are encouraged to do theatre instead. Most importantly, the story and direction of the movie was the best thing as, a movie without a proper script is useless.
