Thereu0026#39;s no doubt about it that audiences will be torn between those who enjoyed the film (the comedy) and those who hated it. This film is a parody of other Earth-invasion films, such as u0026#39;Independence Dayu0026#39; and u0026#39;War of the Worldsu0026#39;, which have been a common theme in story-telling for decades and particularly in the 1950s. In this film, the aliens are content on destroying Earth and humiliating the humans for the sake of it. Itu0026#39;s not a serious film at all, and youu0026#39;ll either love it or hate it, depending on how warped your sense of humour is. I thought it was fun, even though it is not the best film of all time.”
