“I was lured in by this 2016 horror movieu0026#39;s DVD cover. It seemed rather interesting and the fact that it was a horror movie was sufficient enough to make me pick it up and give it a watch.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eHowever, this movie was a boring event. For a horror movie, it was downright laughable and ridiculous. The storyline was something that seemed to have been spawned in the mind of a third grader having been told to make a horror story. Yeah, it was that abysmal.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAs for the entertainment value there was to u0026quot;Hotel of the Damnedu0026quot;, then you shouldnu0026#39;t get your expectations up. This is a very bland and pointless movie, truth be told. It was as predictable as it could be, and that didnu0026#39;t help the movie in any way.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe acting in the movie was adequate, and that was the sole thing that made the movie bearable to suffer through. Believe you me, this was a prolonged movie experience to sit through, because it was so dull and mundane. Yet, I stuck with it to the end; but never to return to watch the movie a second time, that is for sure.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eFor a horror movie, then you are better off with any other choice, because writers Luca Bercovici and Paul Petcu were unable to muster anything even remotely horroresque, and that gave director Bobby Barbacioru very little to work with.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eMy rating of u0026quot;Hotel of the Damnedu0026quot; is a generous three out of ten stars.”
