“I really enjoyed this film, and have been thrilled by the Elvis Costello/Bacharach collaboration that resulted. But what totally surprised me was the use of the song u0026quot;Bermudau0026quot; by the Bell Sisters during the scene in which Matt Dillonu0026#39;s character is in the bedroom listening to the u0026quot;song my mother used to sing to meu0026quot;. My aunts wrote and recorded that song in late 1951 and thanks to u0026quot;Graceu0026quot; it is still earning her royalties to this day. If you remember the song and liked it, write and Iu0026#39;ll get you the link for their web site.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAlso check out u0026quot;Backbeatu0026quot; – a fictionalized account of the birth of the Beatles.”
