The Chief Executive is experiencing some weird visions and hallucinations. When someone close to a Cop is raped, the investigation increases ten-fold.

“Mr Changu0026#39;s second in this mind boggling series and he certainly has fun here. We have three rape scenes, one of them shown fairly repeatedly, lots of sexy action and some gory slashing and this gets a Cat2b!! I suppose one canu0026#39;t be surprised every time one encounters a Hong Kong movie but that certainly seems to one of the (admirable) aims of many of her directors. This starts with a scene of sexy brutality and if it slows a little halfway through it does also become more of an interesting mystery tale before descending into madness and mayhem for the finale. There is plenty about the complete lack of taste in this series that many will find intolerable but I just find the unusually effective mix of sex, violence and humour irresistible.”
