“When I sat down to watch the 2016 u0026quot;Special Female Forceu0026quot; movie (aka u0026quot;Lat ging ba wong fau0026quot;) in 2020 I had never even heard about it. But it being an action comedy from Hong Kong was definitely more than what was needed to make me want to sit down and watch it.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eu0026quot;Special Female Forceu0026quot; was somewhat of a cliché movie, but in an enjoyable manner. You know, a movie that is sort of bad but in a way that you actually end up enjoying it.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eSure, the storyline was dumb and bordering on being just downright silly, but there was something oddly enjoyable about it at the same time. I suppose it was a combination of the storyline and the characters in the movie. Yeah, while the movieu0026#39;s plot and script was sort of out there, it was actually working out quite nicely at the same time.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI will say that they actually had put together quite a good ensemble of casted actresses for this movie. And yeah, it was a majority of women performing in the movie. Duh! Especially Joyce Cheng stood out in the movie with her performance.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eu0026quot;Special Female Forceu0026quot; actually turned out to be more enjoyable and watchable than I had initially expected. My rating of Wilson Chinu0026#39;s 2016 movie u0026quot;Special Female Forceu0026quot; actually lands on a six out of ten stars. There was just something oddly entertaining about this movie.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIf you are not overly familiar with Hong Kong cinema, then u0026quot;Special Female Forceu0026quot; is actually a good introductory movie to watch, before taking on the more outstanding giants of the Hong Kong cinema.”
