“This film was originally planned to be Hey Arnold!u0026#39;s theatrically released feature film back in 2002 and it was clearly a missed opportunity. This film is a great improvement on its predecessor. Despite the long break, the characters are the same as when we left and the style is also authentic. There is a noticeable animation quality improvement but the essence of the characters are unchanged. There is a compelling plot, great action and every character has their moment. Most importantly, there is a lot of closure as many plot threads get completely resolved.”
