You’re Fired!: Directed by Mitch Rouse. With Matt Dillon, Steve Zahn, Christina Applegate, Andrea Bendewald. It just isn’t David’s day. First he gets fired at the bank, then his fiancee breaks up and throws him out of the house. The bank gets robbed and he gets shot. Twists follow.

“The film has its moments. Itu0026#39;s got a rather nice plot. Itu0026#39;s first-person commentary is interesting. Matt Dillon and Christina Applegate have both done quite well. The sequence before the bank robbery was very stylish and funny. Itu0026#39;s sound editing is perhaps below average but the music is okay.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eItu0026#39;s got endless plot twists in the end. After the first major twist I said to myself u0026quot;Well, thatu0026#39;s clever…u0026quot; and after the second I was like u0026quot;Wow! never saw this comingu0026quot; and the twists continued on to a point where I got rather irritated. Plot twists are supposed to offer surprise elements in a story to see it from an entirely different point of view. But in this film, surprise is stripped off.”
