Nippon no akuryo (1970)

Nippon no akuryo: Directed by Kazuo Kuroki. With Yôsuke Enomoto, Tatsumi Hijikata, Eiko Horii, Hideo Kanze. Murase is a bodyguard in a yakuza group. Ochiai is a police officer who once was a student activist. When they meet, they are surprised how identical they look. They decide to trade places with each other.

“This is a story of two identical guy from completely different profession who decides to switch places for their own reasons.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe script lacked logical material in its core and took a sharp turn at the end of the movie. The screenplay was quite average as many of the scenes lacked consistency with the previous scenes. The performance of the actors and actresses were mostly okay. The camera work looked fine but the editing was not that good.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eOverall it is an average film.”
