But that goes to Billy Burke who plays a suspended Detroit police officer and member of the bomb squad. The prologue at the beginning has him going out for a smoke in a drug dealeru0026#39;s house and letting a bomb go off under the chair heu0026#39;s sitting on. That has a few people against him, but he considered it a public service.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAnyway thereu0026#39;s a plot in the main body of the story to extort money from a millionaire Crispin Glover. Glover has a former Black Panther Party member Michael Jai White as a retainer/confidante.
