“What a refreshing movie to enjoy with the entire family! Move over the brainless wannabe comedies and the Bollywood themed action flicks or the high calorie cheesy romantic flicks. This movie exemplifies what movies can be when the basic ingredients like the story, screen play, characters are in the hands of a master chef. Rajesh Mapuskar from the Vidhu Vinod Chopra/Raju Hirani stable of movie making brings this family drama to life. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIn typical Raju Hirani fashion the story assumes the role of the superstar hero and you empathize with the characters immediately. The character sketches are so well defined that you can find each of these characters around you without mistaking them for caricatures.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAlthough, the title betrays what the movie is about there are many layers to enjoy here. Right from the father-son relationship to the role of an extended family, to the importance we give to our traditions or a snarky reference to the exorbitant expenses of health care and the struggles of people who not necessarily have the means to afford such care. The movie definitely leaves you with enough to ponder on. In fact, the title could easily be a play on our relations being on a ventilator and it being up to us when we plug the ventilator off.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eA must watch for every family, especially the younger generation to understand that family is there for a reason and Facebook and Twitter canu0026#39;t replace it.”
