“Absolutely OK as a documentary and as someone who needs to drop a few, I was really interested to see the results; which frankly are pretty obvious and predictable. My main gripe is that this guy, who I donu0026#39;t know, presents himself at the beginning as a comedy/ actor/ creator, so you think youu0026#39;re in for a fun, if educational ride, however, he has a really flat, dull delivery and the fun is pretty much non existent. Iu0026#39;m inspired to eat better as I donu0026#39;t want to end up like this, but not inspired by this film Iu0026#39;m afraid.”
