“When I read u0026#39;A very British Comedyu0026#39; I thought this film would be my sort of thing. It exceeded my expectations, I loved it. Well observed characters, well acted. Sometimes heartbreakingly accurate portrayal of the difficulties many people have in just getting through lifeu0026#39;s trials and tribulations with just enough humour to lift you again. I liked the plot, and how it all tied up at the end. The scenery and sets were pretty and quintessentially English. Not all movies have to have dark plots with intricate twists, not all need hundreds of millions of pounds to budget within, not all need Hollywood stars or mind blowing effects. This had none and yet I was compelled to create an IMDb account and share with the reader my opinion.”
