In der Hitze von New York: Directed by Stephen Gyllenhaal. With Tatum O’Neal, Irene Cara, Nicholas Campbell, George Murdock. During a shooting in court young prostitute Scarlet manages to flee. In a state of confusion, the black Tracy, who was arrested for a minor delict, follows her. When she decides to leave Scarlett, an accident makes it impossible. So they’re bound together on a flight from the police and some of the meanest criminals of New York.

“Badly acted, written, and directed, Certain Fury provides a fair amount of unintentional laughs. Tatum is the u0026#39;badu0026#39; girl, Irene the u0026#39;goodu0026#39; girl gone bad. One of the funniest scenes had Tatum spitting in Peter Fondau0026#39;s face. He responds by slashing her face (in unconvincing close-up) with his nail file. When she falls to the ground screaming, he blurts out to his hench-men, u0026quot;Get this bleeding bitch off my boat!u0026quot; If you like u0026#39;good bad filmsu0026#39; then this one is for you. If you prefer quality…well then youu0026#39;ve been warned.”
