It attempts to appeal to our visceral beliefs by bypassing our intellect. The message was u0026quot;Buy guns, and concealed carry insurance, because…. G-d.u0026quot;u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIn case the fear of roving bands of armed looters wasnu0026#39;t enough to send you running to your local (or online) sporting goods store, they also threw in a line about fighting tyranny. OMG. That just makes no sense. If there had been a tyrannical government, it would have squashed the uprising. Thatu0026#39;s what tyrannies specialize in. But the director couldnu0026#39;t resist throwing in one more dog whistle catch phrase.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eBut donu0026#39;t worry. We will remain G-d fearing gun owners in spite of this movie.”
