“I saw the movie at the age of 17. How was I to know that about 10 years later Iu0026#39;d be in the same situation as the father in the movie, having to go through all the trouble of trying to keep in touch with my son after a violent divorce. The part of the father (Cor van Rijn) is portrayed as very credible. The son named Sem (played by Sem de Jong) had no acting experience until this film shoot. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eMusic by Jaap Dekker. Better known for his blues and Boogie-Woogy piano playing. Typical u0026#39;70-s but still a nice score. Maybe a little Ennio Morricone inspired. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eTrivia: The movie never made it to video or DVD release However I do have the soundtrack. It was given to me, years later by Jaap Dekker (the composer) whom I met at a jazz festival in Haarlem (Netherlands).”
