Ankoku joshi: Directed by Saiji Yakumo. With Fumika Shimizu, Marie Iitoyo, Riria Baba, Yûdai Chiba. Members of a High School literature club discover there is more to the club members than their weekly meetings would lead them to believe.

“This film is set at a Catholic School in Japan and you know those types of schools are good settings for nefarious deeds.nMy husband and I watched it together partly because that is how we met. He was a professor and I was a student at university. Anyone who enjoys mysteries, murder, book clubs and female fury or just a puzzle will enjoy this film provided he is fine with subtitled films. Neither of us speaks any Japanese.nThe girls are pretty and have nice skin, weight and the scene where the hiked skirt reveals a creamy thigh excited my husband. It was kinda hot.nAll in all, the film has romance, mystery and murder and follows a non-linear path so we enjoyed it.”
