Z/Rex: The Jurassic Dead: Directed by Milko Davis, Thomas Martwick. With Matt Block, Cooper Elliott, Ben Johnson, Mia Paris. A cracked scientist aligns with the Axis of Evil to bring down the US of A with EMP blasts, toxic zombification gas and an unleashing of the ultimate undead killing monstrosity — the Z-REX. When a hot-wired militia squad and a crew of college hipsters are thrown together to do something about it, chaotic Predator-Thunder action runs amok.

“Right…u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eWell, I knew beforehand already that when I sat down to watch a movie such as u0026quot;Z/Rex: The Jurassic Deadu0026quot;, then I would be in for a questionable affair. But still, I decided to watch it for two reasons. The first and foremost important factor is that this was a pseudo-zombie movie after all, and anything zombiesque and I am there. Secondly, there was a chance, however slim, that it might actually turn out to be so campy that it would be enjoyable.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eTurns out, it wasnu0026#39;t…u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eDo yourself a favor and stay well clear of the 2017 movie titled u0026quot;Z/Rex: The Jurassic Deadu0026quot;, because it is abysmal. Yeah, abysmal, that is the best word to summarize this movie with a single word.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThere was so much green screen used, and it wasnu0026#39;t even properly made, because it looked so god awful and so fake that it was laughable. And even a blind person would stop, turn his head and go u0026#39;oh no they didnu0026#39;t!u0026#39;. It was that bad.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAs for the acting, well letu0026#39;s just be blunt and say that this isnu0026#39;t going to harvest any kind of awards. For the most parts, then acting was still a work in progress I suppose. Mia Paris (or Mia Klosterman) was actually the only one whom put on a memorable performance throughout this entire movie. And she could do nothing to salvage this wreck. And how Andy Haman got cast for this movie was simply beyond my comprehension.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe characters in the movie were just about as deep and interesting as soggy cardboard, and they had the dialogue to match that as well. So it was sort of semi-hilarious to watch the actors and actresses stumble through this horrible script and deliver atrocious dialogue.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe CGI and special effects were ludicrous. Everything was just so bad to witness and it makes you cringe from time to time.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eu0026quot;Z/Rex: The Jurassic Deadu0026quot; is by no means worth the time, money or effort. Some of us suffered through the entire movie so you donu0026#39;t have to.”
