In the 11th century a missionary goes missing somewhere in the huge forests bordering the northern parts of Sweden. Among the rescue party chosen to find him is Nanna, a young woman on her first real mission and her first return to the part of the country where she was born. But what they will find deep inside those woods is something else entirely. Something dark. Something ancient. Something evil.

That being said, I was lost when the end to this film eventually came into view. I think it was the last 20-30 minutes where I started to realise that I had very little idea of what exactly was going on. Iu0026#39;m still wondering now.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe locations are suitably bleak and moody and the acting was good. The film was a mystery tour, I enjoyed the journey, but I have no idea where it was we ended up.”
