David Hewlett, who wrote and directed, is hilarious as resentment builds to homicidal mania, showing an unsuspected flair for slapstick and pratfalls: its a (literally!) knock-out performance. Paul McGillon (also from u0026#39;Stargate Atlantisu0026#39;) is a genial Ryan, the undeserving target of Patricku0026#39;s frenzy, while Kate Hewlett (Davidu0026#39;s actual sister) is delightfully less demure than at first she seems. Thereu0026#39;s a bonus when Ryanu0026#39;s aunt turns up – but Iu0026#39;d better say no more!There could be a problem with a u0026#39;psychou0026#39; antihero, but Hewlett preserves a desperate charm.
