Cockpit: Directed by Mårten Klingberg. With Jonas Karlsson, Marie Robertson, Ellen Jelinek, David Bonté Atterberg. After getting fired from his current job as a pilot and dumped by his wife, he seeks to find a new job. Out of desperation on the job market he disguises himself as a woman in order to get a job from Silver, a company seeking a female pilot. The lines between his female and male life as well as his personal and love life starts to become a blur; which he eventually cannot handle.

“The genre is a little tired and has been so for long. Somebody, mostly a man because itu0026#39;s more funny, is from certain circumstances forced to be a woman for a while. Heu0026#39;s always afraid of being cached, of having his charade gone wrong.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThis is what happens also in Swedish movie u0026quot;Cockpitu0026quot;. The dialog is rather funny and Jonas Karlsson is good as the man, but not that good as a woman. He wouldnu0026#39;t fool anybody in real life.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe message is clear. Humans are more important than gender. It could have been all right, if it wasnu0026#39;t for these rather clumsy portraits of journalists, feminists and employer monsters.”
