“Once again, as I write this, I gotta tell ya, I saw this on the u0026quot;Zu0026quot; Channel in Los Angeles in the early 80u0026#39;s. I had three emotions while seeing this..one was, u0026quot;This is messed upu0026quot; then laughter, and one more was: u0026quot;Pia Zadora isnu0026#39;t THAT bad of an actress.u0026quot;u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eYou see, it WAS the 80u0026#39;s. Pia had an on screen u0026quot;somethingu0026quot; that with the right vehicle could have given her a decent film career. Leading Lady? No way. The second or third important female role? You betcha. Such as u0026quot;the wicked sisteru0026quot; or u0026quot;the backstabbing girl friendu0026quot; roles, with the type of stuff that was coming out then. She could have been a u0026quot;cheap rentu0026quot; Jane Seymour type in films playing those rolls. But she got this one…and it wasnu0026#39;t that great. The story was all over the place, the sexual tension was laughable and…very confusing at times. This film is bad, but top 200 bad, not top 50 bad.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe gosh-awful script didnu0026#39;t help ANYONE in this film. It was bad. There is a bit of u0026quot;campu0026quot; film quality running through this film at points, not enough to make it a u0026quot;good-campu0026quot; film to redeem it. A lot of misguided areas here, a hodgepodge of a story and a lot of wasted talent.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThank goodness for all involved, there was a paycheck waiting for them at the end.”
