“I had initially hoped that the movie u0026quot;Khun Nai Hou0026quot; (aka u0026quot;Crazy Crying Ladyu0026quot;) would be more entertaining and funny than it actually turned out to be.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI must admit that from the synopsis, then I was definitely interested in watching u0026quot;Crazy Crying Ladyu0026quot; as it sounded like a fun movie. But the truth was, sadly so, that this 2012 Thai comedy wasnu0026#39;t really my cup of tea, so to speak.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe storyline just didnu0026#39;t provide me with much of any fun and laughter. Sure, the storyline was adequate in terms of it being written well enough, and having interesting characters. But the movie was just a swing and a miss, as it fell short of my particular comedy that I like.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe movie felt slow paced and rather uneventful, which ultimately led me to grow bored with u0026quot;Crazy Crying Ladyu0026quot;.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eSure, they had a good ensemble of actors and actresses to portray the various roles and characters in the movie, just a shame that the storyline didnu0026#39;t prove all that interesting or funny.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThis is not a movie that appealed to me, so it is not a movie that I will be watching a second time around. Nor do I consider u0026quot;Crazy Crying Ladyu0026quot; as a milestone in Thai comedy cinema.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI am rating u0026quot;Crazy Crying Ladyu0026quot;, from writer and director Rergchai Poungpetch, a less than mediocre four out of ten stars.”
