“I thought this was a good film because it wasnu0026#39;t the typical kind of Hallmark movie. I like the story line. It seems genuine! The acting was good as well. Iu0026#39;m sure a lot of people were missed from Hurricane Katrina. I donu0026#39;t even like to watch movies about devastation that much because sometimes they are based on true stories. It would be awful to have to go through something like that. So I donu0026#39;t have any clue how the Katrina survivors managed. So much of me has no interest in our history though and I like to move on from it. But this movie was emotionally touching because of story line, even though I believe it was made up. It was believable as a true story though. There were 3 separate relationship dynamics or more, so that was very cool. A part of me would love to do what the New Orleans native did in this movie, by waiting it out all those years for his true love. I donu0026#39;t know how I would have made it through 12 years. Good movie nonetheless!”
