Hayride: Directed by Terron R. Parsons. With Richard Tyson, Sherri Eakin, Jeremy Ivy, Jeremy Sande. A college student returning home for Halloween is forced to face his childhood fears when an escaped killer takes refuge in his family’s “Haunted Hayride”.

“Hayride is supposed to be a slasher, an ode to the slashers. And in fact it is really a slasher, canu0026#39;t disagree about that fact but sadly itu0026#39;s missing a few points that are a must be done in slashers. There isnu0026#39;t any point of view from the killer and thereu0026#39;s no nudity.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eStill I can live with that fact but thereu0026#39;s more going on. Sadly this flick is on the boring side because it do has a lot of talking going on and a lot of stupid conversations. But not only that. Most of the killings are done off-camera which naturally doesnu0026#39;t add a positive note towards the horror. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe story itself did had a lot of potential but itu0026#39;s the flick itself that really isnu0026#39;t almost watchable due that fact of not showing the horror. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eHayride is low budget but doensu0026#39;t offer a nice ride.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eGore 0/5 Nudity 0/5 Effects 1/5 Story 2/5 Comedy 0/5”
