Gus: Directed by Vincent McEveety. With Edward Asner, Don Knotts, Gary Grimes, Tim Conway. The inept ‘California Atoms,’ floundering in the cellar of the National Football League, welcome the team’s newest member – a mule capable of place kicking a football 100 yards with deadly accuracy.

“u0026quot;Gusu0026quot; is an enjoyable movie. Itu0026#39;s far from being one of my favorites but it is an easy movie to watch. The only time u0026quot;Gusu0026quot; comes off the tracks in during the supermarket scene. That scene goes on forever and delivers very few laughs. The rest of the movie is just fine. u0026quot;Gusu0026quot; doesnu0026#39;t rank on any list of Disney classics but itu0026#39;s not completely forgettable either. Itu0026#39;s middle-of-the-road fun and sometimes that just the kind movie that I want to watch. Honorable mention: Tim Conwayu0026#39;s characteru0026#39;s name, u0026quot;Crankcaseu0026quot;.”
