“I hope Tim Burton takes over the Batman movie series. If WB didnu0026#39;t learn their lesson after this one, they never will. Batman Forever I liked, but it foreshadowing this movie, which turned the once cool, dark, Batman-worthy Burton version into a glow-in-the-dark, kiddy-show, campy version. I still say this movie is OK, but if something isnu0026#39;t done about Joel, I wonu0026#39;t be saying this for much longer.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eHere we go…u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eBatman: I am so surprised that everyone says that George Clooney is the best part of this movie. He is the worst Batman in my opinion.(I think Kilmer was the best) Clooney isnu0026#39;t that bad, but I didnu0026#39;t think he fit. And the Batman Credit Card? I wanted to puke in my popcorn when I saw that!u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eRobin: Robin reminds me a lot of Luke Skywalker, minus the coolness. Chris Ou0026#39;Donnell plays the part well. Unfortunately, the part is a whiny, annoying, untrustworthy, gullible, stupid sidekick. Donu0026#39;t bother defending Robin, he isnu0026#39;t worth it. He was OK in Batman Forever, but his character isnu0026#39;t improving.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eBatgirl: You know, we really didnu0026#39;t need another sidekick right away, did we? Why Batgirl now? Save her for number 6, for crying out loud! Alicia Silverstone is great (though not in this movie) but that doesnu0026#39;t hide the fact that the character shouldnu0026#39;t be there. And the constant battle of the sexes between her and Robin are annoying.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eMr. Freeze: Ugh. The only thing that saved this character was the fact that it was Arnold, and that didnu0026#39;t save it. I wonu0026#39;t forgive Joel for putting a great guy like Arnold into a crappy role like this. Yeah, his thing was ice, but that doesnu0026#39;t mean EVERY LINE OVER 5 SENTENCE (no exaggeration) had to be an ice pun!u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003ePoison Ivy: The thing that really saved this movie. Uma Thurman did a great acting job for this part, despite some other opinions. She was very sexy and interesting, unlike Mr. Freeze. In some parts, you were waiting to get back to her scenes. This was the only interesting villain in the movie.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eBane: I am stunned at Joelu0026#39;s ability to take a cool villain from the comics like Bane and turn him into a drooling, stupid, grunt-like idiot. I am too disgusted to talk about it.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAlfred: Alfred is just as good as always in this movie, although it is getting annoying how he wants everyone he knows to be one of Batmans sidekicks.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eCommishoner Gordan: You know, in Batman you had respect for this guy. Now his only scenes are when he drools over Poison Ivy. Sad.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eOverall, Uma Thurmanu0026#39;s sexy role in this movie alone is enough for you to watch this movie. To die by getting kissed by Uma, what a great way to die! :)”
