Apparently, this woman makes a habit of marrying millionaires who get themselves killed off – leaving Ms. Berkley a wealthier and wealthier u0026quot;Black Widowu0026quot;. This time, however, handsome victim Randall Batinkoff (as Daniel u0026quot;Dannyu0026quot; Keegan) has a concerned female friend who decides to investigate the whirlwind courtship…u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe other woman is u0026quot;LA Postu0026quot; photojournalist Alicia Coppola (as Melanie u0026quot;Melu0026quot; Dempsey). We suspect she has what Berkley calls u0026quot;unresolved feelingsu0026quot; for Mr. Batinkoff. This gives Ms. Coppola the chance to show some of the best acting among the leads; her reaction shots improve the othersu0026#39; performances. The only other thing of note is Berkleyu0026#39;s cleavage. Director Armand Mastroianni is unable to build any mystery or suspense, but he gets TV Movie-level skin in. Possibly, because the last dead body moved too much, u0026quot;Black Widowu0026quot; was reedited and re-released as u0026quot;Dark Beautyu0026quot;.
