The concept of the film, about the competing boats would be good enough to make something of, and they have a great cast. The special effects are also good, thinking about it being an old Swedish 80u0026#39;s movie. But the jokes arenu0026#39;t funny. Thereu0026#39;s no funny situation comedy nor any good verbal jokes. They are just talking incoherently and falling or pushing each other into the water.
