Little Women, Big Cars: Directed by Melanie Mayron. With Amy Yasbeck, Julie Warner, Kristy Swanson, Romy Rosemont. Four soccer moms struggle to balance their busy schedules, family lives, and sanity: Meg, an overachieving people pleaser; Barbara, a recent divorcee; Rocky, a high-maintenance diva; and Connie, a curvaceous and big-hearted mother. When the women set Barbara up on a date with their kids’ handsome (and recently divorced) soccer coach, that blossoming relationship forces the other women to re-examine their own marriages. Their friendship is further tested when it comes time to compete for spots in the school’s gifted program. In the end, the women realize their bond is truly stronger than they ever imagined.

“I love this show. Itu0026#39;s cute and itu0026#39;s witty, and there is a character on it that everyone can relate to. The writer seems to have taken the time to develop the characters and the little quirks of their relationships with one another. No cookie cutter friendships or personalities without vices. Itu0026#39;s interesting to watch as little details about each characteru0026#39;s personality are subtly revealed. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe plots are interesting without becoming too racy, so you could watch this with almost anyone without getting that u0026quot;hmm…this is awkwardu0026quot; vibe. (Whose idea it was to put on True Blood after Easter Dinner, Iu0026#39;ll never know…) By the end of the series, I was definitely curious to see what happens next. Moreover, the episodes are short enough that they make the perfect work or study break.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAnd letu0026#39;s be honest, Antonia Sabato, Jr. is about all the persuasion you need to watch this little gem.”
