Itu0026#39;s funny to think that this sci-fi movie was directed by the same directors as u0026quot;Beauty and the Beastu0026quot; and u0026quot;Hunchbacku0026quot; (so Kirk Wise and Gary Trousdale are trying to get away from their monster movies reputation, he he, Iu0026#39;m just kidding).u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eWell, enough nonsense. u0026quot;Atlantisu0026quot; is a watchable, exiting and very enjoyable film. Even this film itu0026#39;s a PG-rated action-feature, itu0026#39;s also suitable for kids, in my opinion (parents who mean the opposite, donu0026#39;t kill me for writing this, he he).u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe story is a little predictable, but it doesnu0026#39;t ruin the movie. The comic book-inspired animation itu0026#39;s suitable for the film and setu0026#39;s a departure from the usual Disney-style. Itu0026#39;s colorful, dark and detailed. The Deep Canvas sequences are pretty impressive. The film is also funny sometimes, even I more giggled than laugh through the movie. (SPOILERS) The characters of this film are also very likable, but unfortunately there isnu0026#39;t enough screen time to get to know everybody, so some characters are left behind (SPOILERS).u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe score of James Newton Howard is absolutely great.
