“I donu0026#39;t really know why the ratings for this movie is so low (at the moment of typing this) as a I thought it was fairly amusing and did make me laugh a bunch of times.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003ePerhaps it was the whole u0026#39;presented by the director of Mighty Ducksu0026#39; label on the poster that made people expect more of a spectacle than it was.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe director of said movie is merely an executive producer of this movie, which 9 times out of 10 in movies mean that all they do is help finance it (for a percentage of the future income gross) and most times they donu0026#39;t actually have any involvement with the making of the movie, whether or not that was the case with this movie I donu0026#39;t know but I imagine so.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eNo the directors of this movie are rookies (more or less) and so is most of the cast, with most of them including the directors only been involved with a couple of shorts before this full length movie.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAnd although it does show, for the more part it doesnu0026#39;t really matter as the movie manages to entertain, which is after all the goal of any movie particularly a comedy so itu0026#39;s not too hard to overlook the flaws.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAn Australian movie inspired by American sports comedies like Hot Rod (2007) and Dodgeball (2004) with similar type of jokes and gags.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eSo yeah if you find the idea of people competing by running backwards (who doesnu0026#39;t?) and you can overlook some flaws then you could do a lot worse than watching this.”
