Radical Acts of Love: Directed by Jacob Y. Miller. When Linda Folley, an intellectual powerhouse and family matriarch, is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s at the young age of 52, her community rallies to support her in the face of the insidious disease. RADICAL ACTS OF LOVE represents the interests of 50 million Americans suffering with Alzheimer’s, impressing the sacred importance of living in grace, and dying with dignity.

“Having a parent who died from complications of this disease, I have first hand knowledge of what its like support someone experiences alzheimers. The honesty that is displlayed by Linda and her partner Camilia gives insight into the difficulty of being a support to someone without taking away the personu0026#39;s right to experience the challenges of the disease, and try to come up with coping methods. I appreciated hearing Linda talk about her frustrations with dealing with this disease , and allowing others a better understanding of the what is going on in the mind of the victim of this disease. It also gives us the complexity of being a partner, or support to a person in Lindau0026#39;s situation. It is a beautiful film , dealing with a very ugly disease.”
