Dark Corners: Directed by Richard Parry. With Navid Negahban, Julie Dray, Sam Hazeldine, T’Nia Miller. Jack Strachan, a shady ex-sports star in hiding out in Norway, is stalked by a mysterious woman he cannot identify who closely resembles his murdered wife, Veronique. Convinced of her evil intent and determined to unmask her, he forces himself to re-live the harrowing events that culminate in Veronique’s brutal murder at the hands of violent associate, Karim, and confront the demons that first drove him underground.

“Dark Corners is a visually stunning, groundbreaking film with echoes of David Lynch and Christopher Nolan. Itu0026#39;s an onion-film, in that the layers are revealed gradually as the plot twists in surprising and suspenseful ways. Itu0026#39;s a complex movie, but donu0026#39;t let that put you off, you need to stick with it and let the story reveal itself. Although itu0026#39;s not a political film on the surface, thereu0026#39;s a strong sub-theme about truth and denial which really resonated with me, especially in these polarized times where it seems everyone is intent on denying factual truth, especially on social media.”
