Kingdom Come: Directed by Paiman Kalayeh, John Lyons Murphy. With Selma Blair, Edward Burns, Bruce Campbell, Lizzy Caplan. Chronicling first-time filmmaker Daniel Gillies’ struggle to finance his independent feature film, Broken Kingdom, and featuring other filmmakers’ stories of their own adventures in indie cinema.

“I first watched Broken Kingdom after coming across it on cable. I fell in love with it. Then Kingdom Come caught my eye, again while flicku0026#39;n through cable. I was interested because I had seen the movie. I was so caught up in this documentary I could not stop watching. Maybe Iu0026#39;m an emotional person but this brought me to tears. It really was eye opening to see what artists have to go through to get their story told/produced. This was stressful for me to watch. I can not imagine what they must have felt on their journey. I would recommend both the film u0026amp; the documentary for all to watch, in what order I can not say. I suppose after watching the documentary someone might be more interested in seeing the film. I myself am grateful that I saw the film first. I LOVE independent films more now these days than ever before. There is nothing left to see these days but reality t.v. and crap thatu0026#39;s shoved down our throats. Please donu0026#39;t stop doing what you do!!! We love you all the more for it.”
