In a time when all Romanian films try to be arthouse films, going for prizes at Cannes or Berlin Golden Bear, this is one that wants to lure the romanian audience to the big screen for the purpose of being entertained rather than making social commentaries or statements about the poor quality of life in this country. And yes I do live and work in the romanian film industry.”
