“I decided to watch this because it had 4 out of 5 stars on Amazon Prime (how????). That was a huge mistake, because, 1. The plot is strange. It jumps from past to present, which would be fine, if they did it cohesively. I was generally confused because they were jumping around a lot and I did not understand what was actually going on. I looked away for a few seconds here and there, but that shouldnu0026#39;t be enough to throw me off of the entire movie plot line. 2. It had a lot of weird character side plots that I found to be unnecessary. 3. Most of the acting is terrible.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThere is ONE saving grace, and that is the special effects. The u0026quot;creatureu0026quot; in the film actually looks pretty great, and the gore is realistic. I would definitely recommend watching the parts with the creature, because I love the effects. But as for the rest of the movie, do yourself a favor and fast-forward through it because this movie has nothing else to offer.”
