ICE would have deported Tamerlan but the Mass authorities intertidally were refusing to cooperate with ICE.nOn Sept 11, 2011, the then tenth anniversary of the 2001 911 attacku0026#39;s, Tamerlane Tsarneav, shortly after returning from a trip to Turkey, in a triple murder, slit the throats of two Jewish men and their roommate, nearly decapitating them. This was as you may recall during the period of ISIS doing the same thing in Syria. This was after years of crimes in the US, many of which had an Islamic element, leaving three murder victims, maybe six, and four assaultsu0026#39; victims — and that is in addition to the Patriot day bombing and assassination of a cop. They younger bother was also born in Dagistan. he did gain American citizenship shortly before the attack, but under US law his citizenship application was VOID due to the fact that the was already planning a crime at the time, making his oath invalid and perjurous. In fact he appears to have applied for US citizenship solely to obtain firearms and explosives, making him about as u0026quot;Americanu0026quot; as Mohammed Atta.nThe 2011 search warrant related to suspicion of Tsarenav on the Islamacist based murder of the Jewish men in Waltham, unsealed in April 2019 as a result of FOI show that their crimes were hardly u0026quot;domestic terrorisms.u0026quot; And that the victims you see in this documentary are not the only victims.”
