“I write this FROM THE THEATER, not even 20 minutes into the movie. Why waste a cool premise, a good budget, and a few good actors on a terrible script,made worse by a diversity hire. The entire American crew were whiny fools and at least the Russians were tolerably competent and professional looking. The American crew would not even be qualified to sit in a room on earth and put together some IKEA furniture, no, to read instructions and decide how to do it. They are too incompetent, unstable, overly emotional and hysterical to be tasked with anything important. Oh except for diversity hire, she is masculine and stoic. The amount of destruction witnessed on earth would likely cause Everyone to join together for self preservation rather than to conflict with each other regardless of the u0026quot;ordersu0026quot; given by their respective countries. It would also be surprising that there are not enough escape pods to evacuate everyone, because that would always require another rocket launch to retrieve the remaining crew, instead of them just dropping back to earth. I was really looking forward to this movie because if itu0026#39;s cool premise and decent budget…I wait until the movie finishes to see if there is any improvement before I post this and I will continue writing. Or will SouthPark Cartmanu0026#39;s prophecy describing how to ruin a great film or franchise be fulfilled… again… to simply u0026quot; Put a chick in it and make her gay and lame.u0026quot; If it doesnt improve or gets Worse, this is all there will be.”
