Soon after returning from their honeymoon, John and Margaret Hix receive the surprise of their life – at 53, Margaret is pregnant! “While it is certainly no cinematic masterpiece, u0026quot;Baby of the Brideu0026quot; is probably my favorite of the three movies in the u0026quot;…Of the Brideu0026quot; trilogy. Itu0026#39;s your typical made-for-television movie but it really is quite cute and entertaining. I find u0026quot;Baby of the Brideu0026quot; to be very much like the sequel to u0026quot;Father of the Brideu0026quot; in terms of the main storyline (mother and daughter pregnant at the same time) but that is where the differences end. As usual, Rue McClanahan gives an excellent performance and is able to create compassion for her character.”
